Do I need a colour printer?

No, colour looks nice, but black & white is just fine.

Do I need to download software to print the coupon?

No. Just click and print.

Must I cut the coupon out?

Yes, please. If you cut the coupon out neatly along the dotted line it will be easy for the retailer to accept. If not, it probably won’t fit in their till and they may not want to take it. Remember, coupons are money for retailers, so let’s make it as easy for them as possible.

Why does the printed coupon look different to the one on screen?

That’s for security reasons. If you have a printed version of the screen image then it’s not a real coupon. The real coupon is full of extra information and security features.

What do I do if the coupon will not print?

Once you have made sure that the printer is connected and switched on and that the tray has paper in it, we suggest you try again. If it is still not working, please contact our helpline on +353 (0)1 4098300.

What if my coupon is past the expiry date by the time I get to use it?

Unfortunately, you can’t use an out of date coupon. But if you email us, we’ll pass your details on to our client. You can reach us at enquiries@promotionalpayments.com.
